Orders can be cancelled by emailing sagasticbuisness@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, along with a valid reason for cancellation. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, in accordance with the new RBI guidelines regarding the Razorpay refund policy.
Exchange Policy
At Sagastic , all products are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or return—provided an unboxing video is shared. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact. Once your return is approved and the item is picked up (available only for eligible pin codes), the process will take 7–10 working days for verification and credit issuance.
